YB Dato’ Haji Rosli bin Latif is currently the State Financial Officer of Terengganu, a position he has held since 1 August 2026 . He holds a Bachelor of Economics with Honours from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and brings extensive experience in public administration, economic planning, land administration, local government, development and financial management.

YB Dato’ Haji Rosli began his career in the Terengganu Civil Service in 1998 as an Assistant Land Administrator at the Besut Land Office. He subsequently held various positions in land administration, economic planning, tourism, development, administration and finance within the Terengganu State Government and its related entities.

Throughout his career, he served at the Terengganu State Economic Planning Unit, Marang Land Office, State Secretary’s Office, Syarikat Air Terengganu, Terengganu Land and Mines Office and the Terengganu State Economic Transformation Unit.

In October 2020, YB Dato’ Haji Rosli was appointed as the Setiu District Officer, a position he held until May 2022. He was subsequently appointed as the Mayor of Kuala Terengganu in June 2022 and served in that capacity until May 2025 . Prior to assuming his current position, he served as Director of the Terengganu State Economic Planning Unit from May 2025 until July 2026.
